Free Returns

We offer free returns for recently bought items that are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty) for orders in the continental US.
How the Process Works
  1. Click on this link: initiate a free return
  2. Select the items you wish to return. Select "return for refund" and choose the reason (there is no wrong answer, it just helps us).
  3. Confirm that the items are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty).
  4. Click "Generate Shipping Label"
  5. Print the generated shipping label and package slip.
  6. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the shipping box, and place the packaging slip in the box.
  7. Drop off the package at the nearest Post Office.
  8. Once we receive your shipment, we will process your return within 3 business days and submit the refund to your bank. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
  9. You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and refund status on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.
Policies
  • You may return items for a full refund within 45 days of purchase free of charge for orders in the continental US.
  • For returns shipped from outside the continental U.S., initiate your return and note that you are responsible for shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred from the return.
  • Products must not be damaged, washed, altered or show signs of wear.
  • Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
  • You will receive an email from us when your return is processed and you have been refunded.
  • Even once we've already submitted the refund to your bank, depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
  • Gift cards are not elligible for returns.
  • You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and refund status on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.
Note: Products purchased through a retailer store or online retailer need to be returned through them. Please contact their customer service departments if you need assistance.
